Privacy Policy

Meridiel provides practice-management software to healthcare and wellness practices. This policy describes how we handle information when you use a practice's booking page or the Meridiel platform.

What we collect. When you book an appointment, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact information, and the appointment itself — on behalf of the practice you're booking with. That practice is the controller of your information; Meridiel processes it to deliver the service.

How it's protected. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside the platform is role-based, and actions on records are audited.

What we don't do. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use booking or health-related information for advertising.

Your choices. To access, correct, or delete information you provided while booking, contact the practice you booked with, or write to us at privacy@meridiel.com and we'll route the request.
