Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Meridiel's booking pages and platform. By booking an appointment through a practice's Meridiel page, you agree to them.

Appointments are with the practice. Meridiel is the software; your appointment, care, payments, deposits, and cancellation terms are between you and the practice you book with. Each practice's deposit and cancellation policy is shown at booking.

Accurate information. Provide accurate contact details so the practice can confirm and reach you about your visit.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse booking pages — no automated scraping, fake bookings, or attempts to access another person's information.

Practices using the platform are governed by their Meridiel service agreement rather than this page.
